We are currently looking for a Quality Manager for a leading player in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 30 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

the job

  • Establish and implement quality policies and objectives, ensuring that customer approval processes are in place.
  • Guide, direct, and support team members to enhance the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  • Ensure that the quality management system achieves its intended outcomes consistently.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources to support the quality management system.
  • Advocate for the use of a process-based approach and risk-oriented thinking throughout the organization.
  • Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that customer approval processes are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Assign responsibilities and authorities to ensure compliance with international standards and that processes consistently achieve their intended outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system, identifying areas for improvement and taking necessary actions to meet customer requirements.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organization while ensuring the integrity of the quality management system is maintained during any planned changes.

the experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates from Automotive Manufacturing Industry are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the ability in planning and decision-making.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management tools (e.g. FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 8D, 5W1H, Why2 Analysis, Ishikawa diagram).
